Returns

For All Live Classes & Telecalls:

• A class is refundable in totality if canceled 24 hours before its start.

• A Telecall is refundable in totality if canceled 24 hours before its start.

Refund Process

To return a class, please email customer service at mafalda.palma.parreira@gmail.com to arrange all the details. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be refunded:

• All live classes that the refund is asked within 24 hours period until its start

• All live telecalls that the refund is asked within 24 hours period until its start

• All the prerecorded classes/telecalls/audios in the shop
